WWE High On Two FCW Divas

Of all the Divas in WWE developmental, the ones getting strong reviews are Raquel Diaz (Shaul Guerrero), Paige (Britani Knight) and Sofia Cortez (Ivelisse VĂ©lez).

Paige and Sofia are better than most Divas on the main roster and given Paige's age and in-ring ability, the feeling is that she has the potential to be the star worker in WWE's women's division down the line. Regarding Diaz, the feeling is that she has great charisma and potential to be one of the best female talkers but her in-ring work is not ready.

WWE Planing Big Angle At Raw1000

According to Source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter,there's speculation that the "big angle" Vince McMahon has been wanting will take place at the end of the 1,000th RAW episode on Monday. WWE has reportedly been working on something big for the summer, something similar to the Nexus and CM Punk angles from the past two years.

WWE Looking At Recruiting More Talent

Within WWE, recruiting is now the highest priority it has been since more than a decade ago when WWE had the original strong class in Ohio Valley Wrestling. Gerald Brisco and Canyon Ceman, a recent Triple H hire, were recruiting new talents this past week at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. They were specifically looking at wrestlers, weightlifters and track athletes. Brisco was highest on a bobsled racer who he thought had a great look and who loved wrestling. The racer is the pusher for his bobsled team and may want to wait until after the 2014 Winter Games

TV Rating Breakdown For WWE Raw 7/16/12


As reported before, In the segment breakdown, Titus O'Neil and Darren Young vs. Kofi Kingston and R-Truth lost 384,000 viewers from the opening segment. AJ Lee and Daniel Bryan's backstage segment plus Zack Ryder vs. Alberto Del Rio with Rey Mysterio's return gained 252,000 viewers. Rikishi's return vs. Heath Slater gained another 169,000 viewers.

Eve Torres and The Miz vs. AJ and Bryan plus the wedding angle gained 282,000 viewers. The big surprise of the show was the Ryback vs. Jack Swagger angle with the confrontation between Chris Jericho and Dolph Ziggler. These lost 20,000 viewers in a spot in the show where RAW usually loses several hundred thousand viewers.

Brodus Clay vs. JTG lost 491,000 viewers, which indicates that fans stayed for the Ryback match and the Jericho-Ziggler segment but tuned out as soon as the next segment began. The main event with CM Punk vs. Big Show and John Cena teasing a Money in the Bank cash in gained 719,000 viewers for a 3.99 quarter rating.

Third generation wrestling standout to debut in the ring Thursday, July 26, live on SPIKE TV!
TNA IMPACT WRESTLING’s President Dixie Carter announced the signing of Chavo Guerrero, Jr. via twitter.  He will make his IMPACT WRESTLING debut on Thursday, July 26 on SPIKE TV.  This signing means that two members of the legendary Guerrero family are part of the TNA family; as Chavo is the nephew of TNA commentator Hector Guerrero.  Tune in Thursdays at 8:00pm ET to catch IMPACT WRESTLING live on Spike TV.
Hailing from one of the more storied and successful families in the pro wrestling arena, the Guerrero family has racked up more championship titles and accolades than anyone.  He is the son of Chavo, Sr. and his grandfather and patriarch of the Guerrero family, the late Gory Guerrero, is still one of the most famous wrestlers in Mexico.
Having competed all over the world for various promotions, Chavo has won a number of championship gold, including a tag-team gold with his late uncle Eddie Guerrero. Prior to signing with TNA, he appeared on the highly successful ratings giant Ring Ka King in India.

WNL returned to the airwaves on 7-17-12 on the SNS Radio Network (www.snsradionetwork.com) with “The Outlaw of the IWC” The TreyDawg and the returning “Mr. Money on the Mic” JJ (ALL CAPS) $exay. The boys welcomed the unoffiocial 3rd leg of the tripod “The Bronx-Father Tony Mirabella” to the show for the weekly “RAW RECAP” . The boys covered all the highlights from a seeminly better RAW than previous weeks building up to the HUGE 1,000th episode next week. JJ randown the latest “News of the Week” sponsored by Wrestling-Online.com . JJ is asked how he would have Ziggler cash in his MITB Briefcase and he responds with a way to turn Ziggler face for the monumental cash in at Wrestlemania. The boys open up the old email box and read a few emails and a few calls …even Crelly called in and wished he hadn’t before wrapping with a requested “SOTN” “The Touch” by Stan Bush since Ziggler claimed Jericho has lost his on this latest episode of WNL exclusively on the SNS Radio Network.

News On Identity Of TNA Mystery Attackers

On last week's episode of Impact Wrestling, a mysterious group of masked men known as "The Aces and Eights" attacked both Hulk Hogan and Sting at the show's conclusion. Two of the attackers were former WWE performers—Wes Brisco, a former developmental wrestler, and the wrestler formerly known as Luke Gallows. Gallows has participated in all of the group's attacks while Brisco debuted last week. For the time being, the wrestlers taking part in the angle are being used as extras rather than full-fledged characters.

Spike Cancel TNA Rewind

According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Spike TV has canceled Impact Wrestling recap program TNA Rewind.

Last Thursday's premiere episode, the first hour of what was tapped to be a weekly three-hour block of TNA Wrestling programming, drew an anemic 0.2 cable rating. This rating is approximately one-third of what the network typically garners in the 7:00 p.m. Thursday time slot
