WWE® to Report 2012 Second Quarter Results

STAMFORD, Conn. -- WWE (NYSE:WWE) announced that it will report its 2012 second quarter results on August 2, 2012, before the opening of the market. The Company’s Chairman and CEO, Vincent K. McMahon, and senior management will host a conference call beginning at 11:00 a.m. ET to discuss the results.

All interested parties are welcome to listen to a live webcast that will be hosted through the Company’s website athttp://corporate.wwe.com. Participants can access the conference call by dialing 855-993-1400 (toll free) or 630-691-2763 from outside the U.S. (conference ID for both lines: WWE). Please reserve a line 15 minutes prior to the start time of the conference call.

The earnings release and presentation to be referenced during the call will be available at http://corporate.wwe.com. A replay of the call will be available approximately two hours after the conference call concludes, and can be accessed on the Company’s website.

TV Rating For WWE Raw 7/9/12

According to PWInsider,the 7/9 edition of Raw did a 3.2 rating, with 4,407,000 viewers. The show did hours of 3.11 and 3.22.

Backstage Reaction To Raw Going 3 Hours

According to PWInsider, the concern within WWE over RAW moving to three-hours later this month continues. It was reported before that a lot of people are hoping the show goes back to two-hours before January 2013. At the same time, some of the higher-ups in the company are betting on the new RAW format to be a permanent thing.
