Lucha Libre USA Masked Warriors to debut on Hulu‏


Adrenaline-Infused Combat Offers Sport, Acrobatics and Drama Among the First Sporting Programs for Hulu Latino

NEW YORK (June 28, 2012) Lucha Libre USA announces today the debut of “Masked Warriors” on Hulu Latino through the free, ad-supported Hulu and Hulu Plus subscription service. Having already won the loyalty of generations of Latino fans of all ages around the world, Lucha Libre USA has conquered American audiences with its unique spin on the art of wrestling and the Mexican star power of its Luchastars now available to fans on-demand.
 
Seasons one and two of “Masked Warriors” showcase the high-flying wrestling spectacular which marries breathtaking aerial maneuvers and extraordinary acrobatics with outrageous characters and dramatic story lines. Beginning June 28, all seven episodes of “Masked Warriors” will be available on Hulu Latino via Hulu and Hulu Plus in an exclusive unreleased cut including never before seen matches and extra footage. Beginning July 11, the “Masked Warriors” season two premiere dropkicks its way to Hulu with new episodes every Wednesday through September 19th. WWE Network Not Launching Until 2013?

According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the launch of the WWE Network in the fall of 2012 is in jeopardy of not happening.

As the company continues to crunch numbers, they continue to get a negative projection of how things would go if the company launches in 2012 given the current state of WWE business.

WWE is more likely to continue signing deals like the recent one announced with ION television for the new Wednesday night program called "Main Event." WWE had targeted April 1st of 2012 to launch WWE Network on the same day as WrestleMania 28. It then got pushed back to a tentative time this fall around November and now it appears it may be pushed back to 2013.

Current Plans For Who Attacked Sting On Impact

According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the angle where three masked men attacked Sting two weeks ago on Impact is a way to get Sting off television.

TNA needed a way to get Sting off television without people asking why he isn't going to be involved in the Bound For Glory series. 


As of now, TNA doesn't know who they are going to have be revealed as the three men. It is expected the storyline will be put on hold for a little bit.

Backstage Feelings Towards Austin Aries And Bobby Roode

There continues to be a lot of praise within TNA for World Heavyweight Champion Bobby Roode.

One person noted that while Austin Aries is a polarizing figure in the company - loved by those in charged,liked personally by a lot of the talents but also disliked by many and also a person that some people don't like having matches with for various reasons - Roode is the opposite in that all of the wrestlers not only like him personally but they love working with him in the ring. The TNA writing team is also high on Roode, particularly head writer Bruce Prichard.

"Psycho" Sid Vicious Responses To Reby Sky's Tweets About His Return

After "Psycho" Sid Vicious returned to WWE on Monday, Reby Sky tweeted the following:

"That piece of sh*t Sid no-shows almost EVERY show in the last yr but prances onto Raw. Please tell us again how much u LOVE "the business"""

Guess he managed not to "lose his wallet" this time. Sad thing is, now that he got 10 more mins of fame he'll get more bookings to NO-SHOW."
