Credit: Wrestling Observer Newsletter As seen on Raw last night,Paul Heyman made his return to WWE as Brock Lesnar's legal representative in the storylines. Heyman announced that Lesnar had quit WWE and that the company owes him millions of dollars. Lesnar is still under contract to WWE, for those wondering. Heyman is also working under a deal with WWE. Plans are in place to have Heyman in the company through August. A Lesnar vs. Triple H grudge match is expected for SummerSlam where Heyman will be featured with Lesnar. Heyman will most likely disappear from WWE TV following SummerSlam. Until then, he will be a main part of the Lesnar storyline and will be making semi-regular appearances for WWE going forward. Heyman can be used on TV to represent Lesnar while Lesnar has to be kept away due to having a limited number of dates on his contract. As far as why he came back, it was described as a chance for him to do something new on a limited basis, get his name out, work with some people he cares for and make some money. Heyman's WWE return was put together in the last week and was not something that has been planned all along.

Credit:PWInsider On 4/28, Martha Hart filed an updated lawsuit against Vince and Linda McMahon as well as WWE in regard to the ongoing issues she and the Owen Hart Estate have with WWE's usage of Owen's name and likeness. The updated claims include: *Owen Hart's name would have reverted back to his usage and his usage alone in his passing. *That Owen Hart's legal name would not be considered his "ring name", therefore WWE does not have the rights to use, market and promote that name in their materials and DVD releases. *That WWE released eight DVDs and other materials, including the WWE Encylopedia without proper payments to Owen Hart's estate per his Booking Contract with Titan Sports, which required that royalty payments continue after his death, per the written contract. *WWE used original intellectual property, including family photos, without permission of Owen Hart's estate. *That the Owen Hart Foundation has been hurt its unwanted association with WWE through their usage of Owen Hart video and material. On 5/2, Linda McMahon filed a motion asking for additional time to respond to the updated complaint. There was a settlement conference on 5/4 via telephone to discuss terms of settling out of court. There is no word as to whether the sides were able to come to terms, but a court date in regard to a potential settlement was set for this September in CT

The Mirrior in the UK has picked up the story regarding CM Punk telling a fan to go kill themselves after the WWE champion took to Twitter to talk about same-sex marriage. The article can be read here Later on, CM Punk tweeted: I was pretty worked up today. The amendment 1 situation had me all wound up. I stand by my thoughts on gay marriage 100%. How I defended that stance was 100% wrong. I admit it. You can't stoop to others levels. Sometimes I fight fire with fire and it isn't ways the best way,". "To @ezeekay: I apologize. I don't want you to kill yourself. I want you to better yourself. Just as I want to better myself. "I'll start by being the better man and once again, apologize for my harsh reaction to your opinion of homosexuals making you "sick." "Sorry y'all. If I let anybody down, I apologize. I'll make it up to ya and move forward with a better understanding of others feelings.#pma
