Yo guys sorry for the late recap, but I just got home, so lets get on with Raw.
Out first is John Cena talking about how Punk needs a new #1 Contender, but Alberto Del Rio comes out and says that Punk should be disqualified for using the exposed turnbuckle last week during their match. Vickie Guerrero comes out with Dolph Ziggler who says that he should be the next to get a title shot, but Cena says that Ziggler is afraid to give the one person a title shot against his Us Title, Zach Ryder. Miz then comes out and starts talking about the Slammy's which are next week, and he calls himself Wrestler of the Year. John Laurinitus comes out and tells each man in the ring that they will face a Smackdown superstar, and if they win they will be placed in the title match at TLC in 2 weeks, except for John Cena who has a match against a mystery opponent which Laurnitus is calling a "Social Experiment" and tells Cena to come see him in his office. Miz's match is up first, and his opponent is....
1st match (If Miz wins he is placed into the WWE Title match at TLC)
Miz vs Randy Orton
Winner: The Miz by countout
During the match Wade Barrett came out and disctracted Randy Orton until Orton chased Barrett up the ramp which allowed for the countout. After the match Orton started back towards the ring, but Wade Barrett hit him from behind with a forearm to the back of the head.
John Cena walks into Laurinitus's office where Zack Ryder is standing there, Laurinitus says that Cena will face Ryder in a match. If Ryder wins he gets a future US Title match, but if Cena wins the match, he is placed in the WWE title match.
We then go back to another backstage area where Otunga is with Kevin Nash who is told that Nash will face off against HHH in a ladder match, but instead of a title or anything above the ring, it will be a sledgehammer, first one to get to it, can use it. Otunga then tells Nash he is in a match tonight, and then Nash walks away as Otunga still talks to him.
2nd match (If Alberto Del Rio wins, he is placed in the WWE Title match at TLC)
Alberto Del Rio vs Daniel Bryan
Winner: Alberto Del Rio by submission
3rd match Diva's Tag Match
Kelly Kelly/Eve vs Beth Phoenix/Natalya
Winner: Kelly Kelly/Eve
Before the match they show a video from Pin Up strong, but the video is interrupted by another video for the January 2nd promo.
4th match (If John Cena wins he is in the WWE Title match at TLC, if Zack Ryder wins he gets a future US Title match.)
John Cena vs Zack Ryder
Winner: John Cena
Backstage we see John Cena storm into John Laurinitus's office and yells at David Otunga to get out, and tells Laurnintus to give Ryder his match at TLC. Laurnintus tells Cena that he will give Ryder 1 more chance to get his title shot, but only under one condition, if John Cena gives up his title shot at TLC. Cena gives his title shot up saying Ryder deserves his shot. Laurinitus tells Cena to go tell Ryder to get ready, and Cena asks who his opponent, but Laurnintus tells Cena he will have to tune in to find out.
5th match (If Ryder wins he gets a future US Title match) NO DQ, No Countout
Zack Ryder vs Mark Henry
Winner: Zack Ryder
During the match John Cena came out to give Ryder some encouragement, and as Ryder went for the Ruff Ryder, Henry clotheslined him, and Cena slid in the ring, and hit Henry with a AA and pulled Ryder over Henry for the pin. So Ryder gets the US Title match.
6th match
Kevin Nash vs Santino
Winner: Kevin Nash (in 30 seconds)
7th match (If Dolph Ziggler wins, he is in the WWE Title match at TLC)
Dolph Ziggler vs Sheamus
Winner: Sheamus
During the match Zack Ryder's music hits and he comes running down to the ring acting like he was going to slide in, but stopped, and as Ziggler turned around he got hit with the brogue kick to end the match.
Standing in the ring is Miz and Alberto Del Rio as John Laurinitus comes down to prepare for the contract signing as CM Punk comes down to the ring. Punk moves his chair out of the way, then moves the table, saying that its so cliche to do a contract signing where everything just breaks down at the end into a Pier 6 brawl. John Laurinitus says that at TLC it will be a Triple Threat TLC match for the WWE title. Miz talks about taking out Truth and Morrison, and then talks about Laurinitus having to release Morrison due to his injuries, Laurnintus then pops in saying he wishes John Morrison the best in his future endeavors. Miz and Punk start going back and forth until Alberto Del Rio tells them that hes tired of hearing them crying like little girls, the best in the world is standing in front of them, and he will end the year holding the belt just like he started the year. Miz grabs the contract, and looks at Punk and says that neither himself nor Alberto Del Rio are not friends, but when it comes down to it, Cm Punk is not going to walk out of TLC with the WWE Championship. John Laurinitus asks the WWE.com photographer to step up so they can get a group picture, Punk stands to the side, and tells Laurinitus that even his contract signings are boring, and that if something is to be done right, he has to do it himself, and hits Miz with the microphone, and then attacks Alberto Del Rio, but Roberto Rodriguez attacks Cm Punk from behind. Punk grabs Ricardo to hit the GTS but Alberto Del Rio attacks Punk and sets up the table to put Punk through it, but Miz attacks ADR and sets up the Skull Crushing Finale until ADR runs backwards into the turnbuckle to break the hold. Punk runs in and hits the high knee on ADR followed by a bulldog into the table. Punk then grabs Miz and hits the GTS to end the show.

Returning to WWE full-time after a more than two-year hiatus, Lilian will be SmackDown’s new ring announcer! It’s her first time joining WWE’s flagship Friday night brand.
Lilian debuted as a Raw ring announcer in August 1999. She’s the only Diva to celebrate a decade with WWE, retiring in September 2009 after her 10-year anniversary.
The bilingual Diva made WWE history by becoming the first female to announce WrestleMania, at WrestleMania 22. She has performed the National Anthem at hundreds of WWE, NBA, New York Jets games and other sporting events. Lilian’s Spanish language debut album, “¡Quiero Vivir!,” was released in October 2007, and featured Latin recording artist Jon Secada.

According to PWInsider.com,there is talk that top FCW talents Dean Ambrose (Jon Moxley) and Seth Rollins (Tyler Black) may go on the road with WWE this month to get a look from producers. The two have had a much-talked about series of matches in FCW since Ambrose was signed earlier this year.

According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter , Booker T received high marks from his peers after returning to the ring to face Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes at weekend WWE live events. The Booker vs. Cody feud will continue on WWE TV and talk is that Booker may be up for another feud after Cody.
