Mickie James Heading To Mexico

The President of AAA Dorian Roldan held a poll on his Twitter account asking what female talent the fans would like to see appear at TripleManía XIX. He announced the winner of the poll as TNA Knockout Champion Mickie James.

Matches For WWE's Mexican Tour

The Raw brand kicks off a four-event tour in Mexico tonight in Hermosillo. Shows are also scheduled for tomorrow in Guadalajara, Friday in Mexico City, and Saturday in Monterrey. Advertised matches for all four events are as follows:

* John Cena vs. The Miz for the WWE Championship

* Sin Cara vs. CM Punk in a Smackdown vs. Raw Challenge Match

* Big Show vs. Alberto Del Rio

Other talent advertised for the tour include Dolph Ziggler, Kofi Kingston, R-Truth, The Bella Twins and Eve.

Raw will be back in the United States for a Monday Night Raw taping in San Antonio, Texas.

The Smackdown brand tours Lake Charles, Louisiana on Saturday and Austin, Texas on Sunday. Matches announced for the events are as follows:

* Randy Orton vs. Sheamus vs. Christian in a Triple Threat Match for the World Heavyweight Championship

* Rey Mysterio vs. Cody Rhodes

WWE Hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes is advertised as the special host for both events.

CHIKARA: "12 Large: Summit" Tournament Update: Amasis injured

CHIKARA's mighty round robin tournament, "The 12 Large: Summit," is set to begin on May 21st in Easton, PA. However, before the tournament can even begin, change is afoot! The funky pharoah Amasis (of The Osirian Portal,) suffered severe injuries in a non-wrestling accident, and will be off the active roster indefinitely. There is currently no timetable for his return, and the full extent of the injuries to his neck and spine will not be known for a little while longer.
How this affects Block A of the round robin is currently unknown, but an official word from acting Director of Fun Wink Vavasseur is expected in the next few days. As you can imagine, Amasis' scheduled matches and upcoming appearances are being canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this presents to our fans.

Sid Vicious Comes to iPPV‏

Peter Czymbor sent the following in: is proud to partner up with Big Time Wrestling for a special online PPV on Sunday May 15, 2011 at 8PM for just $9.99. This PPV event will feature the return of former two-time WWE champion Sid Vicious and former WWE superstar & World Wrestling Council Universal Heavyweight Champion Carlito.
This will be Sid’s first PPV appearance since 2001 when he took on Scott Steiner, Jeff Jarrett & Road Warrior Animal in a 4 corners match for the WCW Heavyweight Championship.

TV Rating For WWE Raw And Tough Enough 5/9/11

The 5/9 episode of WWE RAW did a 3.2 rating with 4,942,000 viewers. The show did hours of 3.09 and 3.27.

WWE Tough Enough scored a 1.64 rating with 2,471,000 viewers.

*Spoiler* Results For WWE Smackdown 5/13/11

*Christian comes out and congratulates Randy Orton on winning the World title last week. He says he is looking forward to his rematch at Over the Limit. Sheamus, then Mark Henry come out and challenge Christian for his title shot. They work over Christian. Orton makes the save, setting up a tag match for later this evening.

*Sin Cara defeated Daniel Bryan. Chavo Guerrero, on commentary, distracted Bryan, setting up the win. When Cara sees what Chavo did on the Titantron, he shoves Guerrero down.

*Cody Rhodes pinned Ted DiBiase.

*Layla cut a promo saying she hurt her knee against Michelle McCool at Extreme Rules but that it was worth it, since she is gone from WWE. Michael Cole comes out and begins berating her. Kharma comes to the ring and lays out Layla, then goes after Cole, who hides in the Cole Mine.

*WWE Tag Team champion Kane defeated WWE Intercontinental champion Wade Barrett by DQ when the Corre interfered. Ezekiel Jackson hit the ring but the Corre laid him out.

*The Great Khali does the Khali Kiss Cam and kisses a fan. Jinder Mahal comes out and smacks Khali for not taking his career seriously.

*Backstage, Wade Barrett challenges Ezekiel Jackson to an Intercontinental championship bout at Over the Limit.

*World champ Randy Orton & Christian defeated Sheamus & Mark Henry when Christian nailed the Killswitch on Sheamus as Orton hit Henry with the RKO.
